4 Season Room Addition

Beautiful little addition in the outskirts of downtown Hendersonville NC. Design build project services were provided for this job. It is built on concrete foundation for resilience and to eliminate a low crawlspace we laid a low block wall, back filled and poured a slab for the floor system.

With four Velux operable skylights, and 9 Sierra Pacific model 800 vinyl windows Low E-366 glass this room gets plenty of natural light.

We matched the houses trim details with the continuous wood sills and field mulled windows. The "classic" color scheme and checkerboard floor make this look like it was always part of this house.
